- Weekly Check-ins
- You will complete a weekly Keto Progress report, I will evaluate your progress, troubleshoot, analyze ketone levels, review how your body is responding, make changes to food and/or macros as needed
- I will make adjustments to your original Meal Plan during your first check in! Prior to your first check in follow your original Meal Plan that was provided when you first purchased your Custom Keto Plan.
- Real time access to me using the Free Messaging App in your training dashboard
- At a restaurant and not sure what to order? Message me
- At the grocery store and want to know if something is ok to buy (Send me a pic of the ingredients on Viber)
- Jumping for joy at the # on the scale and want to send me a pic? GO FOR IT, we can celebrate together!

One of the most time consuming and sometimes frustrating components of the KETO diet in the beginning is finding the right combination of foods that you not only like and enjoy but that fit your macros. Your custom Keto plan for $69, already comes with a jump start meal plan that fits your Macros. Each additional 3 days of Custom Meal planning menus is $29. In order to purchase this add on, you must already be a client.
The Meal Plan add on is fully customized based on the answers to your questionnaire.
Your order confirmation email will contain a link to complete your questionnaire You can use the questionnaire to indicate any specific requests for your meal plan for example, maybe you want it geared toward traveling, or you want me to incorporate some "Keto" items that you have on hand, low carb bread, or Keto Kookies etc. Perhaps you are looking for a Weight Loss Jump Start or just need your macros recalculated. I will tailor the meal plan accordingly
