Butter, No Salt, 0.5 cup (4.3 oz)
Almond flour Blanched, , 0.5 cup
Perfect Keto Nut Butter, 5 TBS (Or Alternative)
Lily's Dark Chocolate Premium Baking Chips, 60g
Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (0.2 oz)
1/3 Cup Swerve Confectioners sugar or equivalent (I find that the confectioners style sugar substitute tastes best)
Combine in a Mixer..
Refrigerate Dough for 1 hour
Use a Cookie Scoop to Scoop out into Balls on Parchment Paper & Freeze then place them in a tupperware container and refrigerate.
Makes 16 balls (Approx 1 tbs each)
Fat Bombs are an excellent way to fix your Macros if you are low on fats, you can use this recipe or find another you would like.
Alternate Prep Method:
If you don't want to make into balls, after blending up the dough you can just put into a glass jar and serve yourself 1tbs at a time out of the jar. This will be softer... Its a personal preference.
