I am a 42 year Old Mother of 2 (20 y/o Son 17 y/o Daughter). I have a passion for health & wellness and for helping others achieve their goals. In my adult life I have been 95lbs to 220lbs and everything in between. I have tried every "diet" you can think of. I've suffered from low self esteem and a poor relationship with food and I feel like I can relate to so many of you out there. In 2013 I fulfilled a goal for myself by competing in a couple of NPC Bikini competitions. I was lean and fit and loved being that way, unfortunately the diet was not a sustainable way to live. I began my quest to find a way that I could be healthy, fit and lean and still have balance and enjoy life which led me to the KETO diet.
